RETURN
POLICY
We
do not accept returns. We just exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective.
Change of mind is not applicable. If you receive a defective item then, please
contact us at number given below with
details of the product and the defect. You can return opened items if it’s
defective within 2 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. If
3 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you an exchange. You can send the item you consider defective to the address
mentioned at last of this policy letter.
Upon
receipt of the product, we will fully examine it and notify you via WhatsApp
/ email within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a exchange or not as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a
exchange, we will replace the product or refund the purchase
price, using the original method of payment.
Note: Only
regular priced items may be exchangeable. Sale items are non-refundable / exchangeable.

EXCHANGES
